WIN SUMMIT 2020- Wednesday, May 13th, 2020
Join us at our annual premiere learning event. Now in its fifth year, WIN Summit will be held on May 13th, 2020 in New York City. Refine your skills, learn new tools, techniques, and strategies to become a more successful negotiator. Led by world renowned professors, distinguished thought leaders, and top industry leaders. This year’s summit will center around three themes: negotiation, leadership, and diversity. This event bests serves executives, senior managers, and prospective high-level management from any organization or industry, as well as entrepreneurs and consultants.
We combine evidence-based training, panel discussions and keynotes, that inspire women to discover new ways to harness their unique strengths, elevate their skills, leverage their value and advance more rapidly into critical leadership roles.

WIN SUMMIT 2019 – NEW YORK ATHLETIC CLUB
WIN Summit 2019, held on May 8th, The agenda included three keynote presentations, six breakout sessions, and twelve experiential workshops, delivered by top academics and iconic leaders of industry, a day-long one on one coaching corner and many networking opportunities. New to this year’s program were industry-specific tracks curated for women in the industries of law, finance, and insurance. Keynote speakers included: Minyon Moore, Principal of Dewey Square Group and former Director of White House Public Affairs; Samantha Saperstein, Managing Director of Women on the Move at JP Morgan Chase; and Randi Zuckerberg, Founder and CEO of Zuckerberg Media.
WIN SUMMIT 2018 – NEW YORK ATHLETIC CLUB
WIN Summit 2018, held on May 2nd, is an educational and professional event presented in academic partnership with Columbia University and The Negotiation Institute. The Summit is specifically tailored to provide women with access to today’s most current, proven and advanced negotiation tools, skills, and techniques with the intended goal of making them better advocates – whether on behalf of their companies, their clients, or themselves. Attendees traditionally range from managers to C-level executives with a desire to learn advanced negotiation and leadership skills from female academics, business women and leaders at the top of their fields and industries.

- WIN Summit 2017, held at the Pennsylvania Hotel in NYC, was a two day-day conference spanning Wednesday, May 7th and Thursday, May 8th. The agenda included four keynote presentations, six breakout sessions, two education and three general sessions. Keynote addresses included Shante Bacon, CEO and Founder of 135 St. Agency; Michele Roberts, Executive Director of the National Basketball Player’s Association; Jennifer Walsh, Founder of The Healthy Entrepreneur and Beauty Bar; and Randi Weingarten, President of the American Federation of Teachers AFL-CIO.

Our Inaugural WIN Summit, held on October 1, 2015 at the New York Hilton is a two-day executive development conference, featuring keynote addresses given by Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers AFL-CIO, the 23rd Secretary of the U.S. Air Force, Deborah Lee James and Cathie Black, former chairman of Hearst Magazines.
The WIN Summit is a powerful forum dedicated to helping women advance into higher positions of leadership and achieve greater success for themselves and their organizations through the art of negotiation.
