The Art of Negotiating® Post-Conflict Environments focuses on negotiation techniques to aid relief actors in post-conflict.
After conflict has been sorted, relief actors are faced with challenges such as ethic strife, corruption of power, and imbalanced resources. This seminar teaches negotiation skills that allow relief actors to clarify parties’ needs, define common ground, develop creative options and work towards successful outcomes.
The Art of Negotiating® Post-Conflict Environments seminar, participants will learn to:
