The Negotiation Institute offers negotiation training for managers and supervisors who want to learn about negotiation skills and approaches. Among the numerous techniques that are covered, trainers will learn about verbal and non-verbal communications and will be able to teach these skills to others in the business or organization.

Train the Trainer in the Art of Negotiating®

In the Train the Trainer in the Art of Negotiating® seminar, our staff will teach you how to use negotiations so that each side can get what they wanted out of the negotiations. Acquire the requisite negotiation skills and learn how to respond and interact appropriately given the nature of the discussions. Moreover, you will learn how to discover the hidden meanings behind ordinary talk by gaining an understanding of how Meta-Talk is used in a negotiation.

Training Goals

(1) On-Site Program: We will train a core group from your organization who will be able to then train others in your organization using our proven techniques.
