Women in Negotiation

The Negotiation Institute partners with WIN to provide on-site training programs, personal coaching, workshops, and an annual summit specifically for women.

Women negotiating in the business world encounter an array of both internal and context-based challenges. The Negotiation Institute is dedicated to helping women discover new ways to meet these challenges, through its partnership with WIN.

WIN, Women In Negotiation, was founded in 2015 in academic partnership with Columbia University.  WIN is a premiere female-focused negotiation development program. Through professional on-site training, personal coaching, workshops, and an annual summit, WIN empowers women to discover new ways to harness their unique strengths, elevate their skills, leverage their value, and better advocate for both themselves and their companies.

WIN Summit is designed to challenge conventional thinking and advance new models of identity in order to reimagine traditional corporate environments and make vital opportunities more accessible to today’s professional women. The summit combines evidence-based training, panel discussions and keynotes that inspire women to discover new ways to harness their unique strengths, elevate their skills, leverage their value and advance more rapidly into critical leadership roles.
