Cary Silberman, J.D.


Cary Silberman has acted as a Human Resource consultant for X-Fab and Selectquote Insurance Company. Silberman has taken an active role as a SAG member actor and organizer. He has taught management training courses and has acted as a consultant to U.S. Postal Union leaders. Silberman has taught HR courses with an emphasis on business organizations and labor trends through the University of Phoenix. He has also trained more than 500 employees for Oasis Legal Finance and Law Finance Group and conducted programs for hundreds of companies and groups including Z Foundry, ZMD America, Apex Pictures, First Western CAE, Financial Services, Pro Family Financial-University of Phoenix, Attik, Silver Creek Realty Association, Hooper Holmes, Portamedic, The Learning Annex, The U.S. Postal Service, Realty World, Dept. of Social Security, Certified Master Contractor, Contra Costa Dept. of Child Support Services, W3i, The Colomer Group USA , and Samsung Telecommunications America . 

Mr. Silberman has also produced two motion pictures: "The Injustice System in America (Netflix)" and "The Cure". He received his BA from U.C.Berkeley, his J.D. from John F Kennedy University and his mediation certification from Stanford University. He is currently an Adjunct Professor of Law at SILICON VALLEY UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL teaching Sales, Torts, Constitutional Law, California Civil Procedure, Trial Advocacy and Moot Court.
